We collect information for our Customers, if you are a member of one of our Customers and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Customers that use our Product, please contact the company that you interact with directly. WebMax may transfer personal information to third party vendors and the hosting partners that provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other technology and maintenance services to help us provide our service on our website and our product. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Customers.
Access to Data Controlled by our Clients:
WebMax has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the WebMax’s Customer (the data controller). If requested to remove or access data we will respond within 30 days.
WebMax will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Customers for as long as needed to provide services to our Customers. WebMax will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Disclosure of Information Collected from our Customers
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process and when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request, or to any other third party with your prior consent to do so.
